The complex comprises 3 buildings:

Located alongside Waryńskiego street, this office building comprises 8 overground-stories, each of which has a floor space of approx. 600-700m2 (including offices of 60 m2, 200 m2 and 300 m2) as well as 3-level underground parking. A 20th-century tenement office building located at Nr. 40 Polna street, with a total floor space of 2,200 m².

It has undergone renovation that restored its unique character, including decorative facade and stylish windows in place of the previously-solid wall. At the same time, the building meets the needs of new users thanks to the care of modern, functional solutions – it is adapted to the needs of disabled people, has an impressive hallway with a reception desk and security, has been equipped with air conditioning, access control system and monitoring.

Historical tenement residence dating from 1913

completely restored building regained its original pre-war appearance – it has been recreated, among others, entrance gate, elegant green courtyard, stylish staircases, decorative stucco. The interiors are decorated with original stuccoes and tiled stoves. For the convenience of users elevators have been installed in existing niches.

Polish writer Maria Dąbrowska lived in the building for 37 years. At present in the apartment of the author of “Nights and Days” there is a museum, where the literary and journalistic legacy of the writer, her art works and personal memorabilia are presented. The premises include preserved original floors, doors and windows.
